Their work focuses on aligning people and strategy, strengthening team effectiveness, and building workforce solutions that hold in today’s competitive, rapidly evolving markets.
Laura Martinez, InsideTrak Strategist
Laura Martinez is a proud U.S. Air Force veteran and nationally multi-certified HR professional with more than 25 years of experience helping organizations across the US achieve operational excellence, drive strategic outcomes, and maximize workforce impact while reducing costs. She has worked in complex, high-demand industries including manufacturing, oil and gas, construction, agriculture, and mining, serving as a trusted advisor and member of executive leadership teams. Throughout her career, Laura has aligned people strategy with business goals, strengthened organizational capability, and built skilled teams that deliver sustained competitive advantage. As Founder and CEO of HR Force, Inc., she brings this expertise forward to help organizations transform how they operate and develop future-ready workforces. In her role as Chair of the Workforce Development Board of Ventura County, Laura provides mission-driven leadership and deep insight into workforce trends, advancing initiatives that strengthen employers, empower workers, and support long-term community vitality.

Natalie Lehman is a Business Strategist and Leadership Coach with over a decade of experience guiding entrepreneurs, executives, and organizations through growth and transformation. As the founder of She Means Business, LLC, she blends strategic advising, organizational consulting, and leadership coaching to help clients align vision with execution, build high-performing teams, and achieve sustainable success. Drawing on her background as an executive and her work with government, nonprofit, and corporate leaders, she has partnered with economic development entities, coached women leaders into executive roles, and designed strategies that drive measurable business growth. With a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership & Learning from Pepperdine University, Natalie is known for her values-driven, strengths-based approach that empowers leaders to achieve boldly in both their businesses and their lives.
